Google has a tough competition to launch a new version that is in accordance with the modern world. As we know that by statistics that only 2% of the people are using Marshmallow and only 36% people are using Lollipop. Google has created a poll to name its latest version Android N.

Google created a poll option for the name of Android new version after a long time. As we know that Google has named its Android Versions on the names of desserts alphabetically. I have a collection of the suggestions for names of the new version that people want from social media.

And finally Google announced its name in June as Nougat Android on its snapchat account.  Nougat is a lot more improved version than other versions of Android that will surely make its users happy and contented. So I’m penning down a few of the features that will surely blow your minds.

Multi-Window Support

Google has now launched Multi-window option in Nougat Version that people are desperately waiting for. This new feature will able to operate more than one app at a time in a split screen. Google adds a picture to picture mode that is you can watch a movie on YouTube while working on other apps.

This feature was available on LG and Samsung a few years ago. And now the google has also considered bringing it in its new version to keep pace with the modern world.

Direct Reply Notifications

Do you face a notification problem in your phones that you get a notification but can’t reply it without opening that app? So Google has made it easier for you. Now you can enjoy the direct reply feature on your android phones and tablets. IOS has this feature introduced last year and Google has competed it. To add more when you get a notification you can long press it to block it or to get messages silently. “More than half of the android notifications originate from messaging” is the statement made by the famous vice president of engineering David Bruke.

New 2.0 Doze mode

Doze mode was initially seen in Marshmallow 6.0 but in Nougat version we can have an improvised version of Doze mode. That means it can increase the battery performance to days or weeks. It simply halts all the programs when mobile stands still or not in use.

Better Updates

Previously, you might be facing problem with the apps being updated. That while you’re working it asks you for update and you’ve to stop your work to update it. Now Google has made it really easier for you to work with your app while it is updating. Apps will update 75% quicker and will take 50% less space. I’m mean that’s a wonderful achievement I must say!!

Allo and Duo

With Allo, Google’s new messaging app, you can make web searches and booking within conversations. Allo is also enabled to suggest you better reply for your message considering the pictures and words you have send. Another feature that Allo provides you is you can have end to end encrypted messages in a mode called “Incognito Chat”.

Duo is a Google video calling app. Its features includes “knock-Knock” that gives a preview of the caller before the recipients picks up. It also provides end to end encryption. It is optimized for low bandwidth mobile networks.

72 amazingly new emojis

Google is now providing 72 more emojis at your service. Google supports Emojis Unicode 9 that’ll contains a diverse variety of skin tones, human-like faces, face palm and many more. It also includes female professionals emojis like doctor, farmer etc. Let us have a  glimpse of a few of them.
