After wooing the viewers week after week, Dil-e-Gumshuda (after 34 episodes) concluded on a perfect and progressive note.
Before I share my thoughts on the last episode, I would like to state that it would be wrong and unjustified if Amar Khan doesn’t sweep all the award seasons next year for her brilliant portrayal as the lead antagonist. It wasn’t an easy task to sink into such a complex yet difficult character without going overboard. Undoubtedly, Dil-e-Gumshuda is Amar Khan’s best work to date. She takes giant strides as an actor and proves that given the right roles, she can match up to the best in the business.

The finale episode was well-paced, clear and to the point. Jamal (Khaled Anam) accuses Shazia (Zainab Qayyum) of not being a good mother; he blames her for not bringing up Alizey (Amar Khan) in the right way; she wasn’t told the difference between right and wrong and how this turned out to be a habit of her where she could never hear a no.
Alizey, then blames her father for making Zara (Hina Altaf) stand in front of her and making her feel equal to her. Alizey is heartbroken as she is desperate to marry Daniyal (Agha Ali). To secure Zara’s life and future, Jamal calls Daniyal at his office and makes him listen to the audio recording in which Alizey blackmails Nadeem (Mirza Zain Baig) and offers her money to make a false accusation about Zara to make her life miserable.

Shazia comes across Alizey’s video in the restaurant in which she reveals her plan to separate Daniyal and Zara. The narrative moves now towards the closing moment. The drama enthralls the audience with a dramatic masquerade party. Daniyal who is already aware of the reality confronts and makes her realize that due to her selfish behavior she has nothing left in life. She is all alone. A lost Alizey runs away from the party and gets hit by a car.

Khalid and family leave the country for Alizey’s treatment as she couldn’t walk due to the accident. Daniyal apologizes to Zara and requests her to allow him back in her life. Alizey desires to meet Zara to apologize for her bad deeds. Zara tells Alizey that she never had the intentions to take anything away from her. She came into her life just to share love and happiness.
These two viral lines represent the dark side of our society, either its male or female good and bad people are everywhere and such dialogues are the reflection of the feeling of both genders who face the betrayal. What are your thoughts about it ?#MerePassTumHo #DileGumshuda pic.twitter.com/csdl7LAjjw

Every actor in Dil-e-Gumshada delivered a sparkling performance. Agha Ali was just superb. He is matchless in the sequence when he learns the truth about Alizey. Hina Altaf continues to surprise. It’s a dynamic performance undoubtedly. Mirza Zain Baig packs in a bravo performance yet again. The supporting cast also played a pivotal role. Khaled Anam was effective. Zainab Qayyum did an amazing job. Shamim Hilaly’s presence was lovely. Humaira Bano’s act was also notable.
Who will win in this fight of love and hate? Will Zara be able to save her relationship, or is Alizey going to succeed in her plans?#7thSkyEntertainment #DileGumshuda pic.twitter.com/irIN5QRitj
