In the latest episode, Nageen tells Haroon that she wants to work again, but Haroon tells her she doesn’t need to. Soon, things will get better when he will sell their house and move to Canada. Nageen stops him from having dreams that can never turn to reality. She then asks him whether she can give tuitions at home to which Haroon agrees.
Haroon’s mother fights with him again because of Nageen. She says Nageen has turned their house into a school and has cast an evil eye on their family’s happiness. He tells her that a man begins to care for an animal after a while, but even after eight months, she hasn’t accepted Nageen wholeheartedly.
On the other side, Sultan arrives to meet his uncle one last time. His aunt tells him that they don’t have any relation with them anymore after Narmeen and Bijaan’s death. He tells her he is moving to UK and will continue his business there for a while. His last request is to see his daughter but his aunt declines it by saying he has lost that right.
After a time jump of four years, we are shown that Nageen is happy in her life. She has a home, a loving husband, but what she doesn’t have is a child. She says that Haroon is still hell-bent on becoming successful, but luck isn’t on his side. This is why he is still against having kids.
Their financial situation continues to worsen. Nageen is saving all of the money that she earns by giving tuitions for Rida’s, her sister in law, marriage who is still waiting for a decent proposal for herself. Haroon’s mother thinks it is because of Nageen that they haven’t been able to get Rida married yet.
Even Haroon’s mother hasn’t changed a bit in the past four years. Her behavior with Narmeen is the same after all these years.
Sultan returns to Pakistan four years later and learns that his uncle has passed away too when he visits his grandmother and Narmeen’s graves.
Sultan tells his friend that he can’t live without his daughter anymore. He wants to get her custody so he can look after her. He also confesses to still being in love with Nageen, and he is sure that he will find her someday, and she will forgive him.
Sultan goes to meet Rameen at his aunt’s place and tells her that he misses his daughter. She doesn’t let him meet her and says he has lost the right to call her his own. He says he is starting a news channel in Narmeen’s name and hopes that she will be there at the inaugural ceremony to which she declines. Before he leaves, he tells her that he will participate in the upcoming elections and win to fulfill his uncle’s dreams. He will also come back to meet his daughter and hopes that she won’t stop him the next time.
The latest episode of Deewangi showed us the lives of our central characters after a gap of four years. Their lives are in shambles because of what has happened in the past. It will be interesting to see whether Sultan will win the elections and meet his daughter in the upcoming episodes.
