With every passing week, the drama continues in Benaam as the show explores tangled relationships, ulterior motives, and lies and deceit. The lead actors Noor Hassan, Anoushay Abbasi, Saad Qureshi, Nadia Hussain, Babar Ali and rest of the cast continue to impress us all with their exceptional performances in their respective roles.
Laiba recovers from her suicidal attempt. She asks Haider if he has changed his mind. He refuses and tells her to value her life.
Ayesha learns that Nizam is still married to his first wife and had been lying to her all along. She slaps him and throws him out of her house.
Rabia throws Amal and Aiman out of her house and the two of them have nowhere to go. Haider runs into them and takes them to his house.
Obsessed with Aiman, Babar threatens Umer to ask about Amal and Aiman’s whereabouts. He tells him he doesn’t know them and stands up to him.
Haider’s mother can’t stand the sight of Aiman and Minal. She calls Rabia to come and take them away. She also insults Amal which Haider sees.
Rabia and Taimoor come to take Aiza and Aimal with them but Haider tells them that will only happen if Rabia apologizes to them. Taimoor also learns that Rabia was the one who threw them out of the house.
Laiba asks Babar to do something about this. She doesn’t want Aimal and Aiza to be at Haider’s place because he might fall in love with them. She also knows that Babar likes one of them which is why he wants them to come home.
Babar tells Rabia he wants to get married to Aimal and she should convince Taimoor for their marriage. She refuses to it but Babar remains adamant. He says he has already made up his mind.
Taimoor brings clothes for Aimal and Aiza which irks Rabia and Laiba. Laiba throws her bag away in anger and Rabia takes the away the clothes from them.
Babar spots Aimal talking to Umer on the road which angers him. Aimal spots him too and becomes scared of what might happen.
Noor Hassan continues to steal hearts with his portrayal of Haider, a kind, just, well-meaning, responsible guy who wants to do right by everyone. It appears that Noor has mastered the art of playing likeable characters. Anoushay Abbasi as Aimal is another brilliant performer. Her acting comes from a place of honesty. She is courageous and vulnerable and holds her own in front of everyone. Saad Qureshi is promising and effortless. He is performing exceedingly well in front of seasoned actors. Hats off to all of them. The rest of the cast are amazing and do justice to their parts.
