One of the most promising names in Pakistan’s broadcast journalism industry, Anam Afzal is now part of Express News as News Anchor and face of newscast team. Anam Afzal joined the network after leaving Waqt TV.
Anam shared this news on her social media:
While talking to team MediaSpringPK Anam Afzal said,
“Waqt News was and still is like my family so leaving it was an act to be done with heavy heart. However, I am also very excited about this move and joining Express News as this is a learning and growth opportunity. I have all the respect for my previous organisation and the one I am part of now.”
Anam Afzal did her Masters in Mass Comm from NUML Islamabad and started her journalism career during her studies from Roze News as a newscaster in 2014. She joined Waqt TV in late 2015 where she was part of the newscast team and the face of the channel.
Now after a stint of a year and a half at Waqt TV, Anam Afzal has joined Express news.
