Seasoned newscaster Asma Iqbal has also quit Bol TV and joined Aaj TV as senior news anchor.
Asma Iqbal is one of those faces in our news media which has graced almost all the major channels, Asma has been part of GEO News, ATV, Express News, Samaa, BOL TV, City42, and PTV News.
The 29 years old Asma Iqbal started her career from ATV as newscaster back in 2006-2007, however the real boost to her career was her stint as GEO news during the happening times of 2007 and 2008 elections. She later worked at various news channels as news anchor.
Earlier this year she joined BOL TV as senior new caster, however, with the said channel not coming out of troubling time Asma bid her good bye to the channel and joined Aaj TV, where she has also been part of news casting team in the past. Asma Iqbal is an incredible and an extraordinary news anchor she has quite a different style to conduct the news cast with her signature wit.
