Ace news anchor and TV programme anchor, Syeda Ayesha Naz returns to the TV screen with a show that is familiar territory for her. The TV presenter joined the newly launched news channel, Suno TV, in Lahore.
Ayesha Naz left her previous TV channel, 24 News HD, and programme, Najam Sethi Show, earlier this year to join Suno TV, a channel that was yet to be launched at that time.
Ayesha Naz is one of the faces of this new TV channel. On 12 October 2022, Suno TV released the promo of her new TV programme – Joint Session.

Hailing from Mansehra, Syeda Aesha Naz holds a master’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Punjab. In her over a 17-year long career, she has worked in some top TV channels such as Dunya News, Neo TV, 24 News, Waqt News and Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV).
Waqt News was her initial shot to fame but she peaked prime in Dunya News. Syeda Aysha Naz was not only a key part of Dunya’s news anchoring team but also various transmissions for the channel. She has been known for her calm composed style of hosting the panel-based news analysis and current affairs show, Think Tank. Ayesha also hosted Voice of Dunya on Dunya News a show for UK USA beam initially comprising of Lord Nazir Ahmad and Doctor Moeed Peerzaada.

In early 2021, Ayesha Naz parted her ways with Dunya News over personal reasons and took a break from media. In May 2021, she returned to screen with an entirely different TV programme from her past experience when she joined Neo TV as a co-anchor of chat show G Sarkar with Nauman Ijaz.

Her stint with Neo TV did not last long as she left the channel after a few months. She returned to the screen with the current affairs analysis show where she shared the screen with seasoned journalist, Najam Sethi in 24 News’ Najam Sethi Show.
In August 2021, Ayesha Naz announced her departure from the Najam Sethi Show and 24 News HD.
