ARY digital’s drama serial Benaam is going strong with power-packed performances by the lead cast. Noor Hassan, Anoushay Abbasi, Saad Qureshi, Babar Ali, Nadia Hussain and the rest of the cast have done an exceptional job in last week’s episodes as well. The intense storyline along with the talented cast has kept us the audience glued to their screens as they all aniticpate what will happen next.
This week’s Benaam began with an emotional turn. Amal and Aiza’s father passes away and Babar sees it as an opportunity to fulfill his evil plans. Taimoor brings the two girls to his home much to his family’s dismay.
The police frame Umer for selling illegal and harmful intoxicants at his medical store according to Babar’s orders. He then goes to Umer’s house and threatens his family.
Laiba continues to ill-treat Amal and Aiza when they are trying to reach out to Umer. Umer’s mother tries and stops him from helping out Amal and Aiza.
While coming back from college, Amal and Aiza get robbed on the street, adding to their troubles and stress.
Rabia, on the other hand, puts all of the responsibilities on Amal and Aiza from cooking to cleaning to everything in between.
Haider refuses to marry Laiba because he needs some time to become financially independent and take care of his responsibilities. Unable to deal with Haider’s refusal, Laiba attempts to commit suicide but the doctors are able to save her.
It’s safe to say that Noor, Anoushay and Saad have completely stole the show with their brilliant acting chops. The audience look forward to see how their storyline progresses and what their characters will do in the future.
