Café Latch, a gourmet cafe located in one of the Lahore’s popular locales for high-end eateries, has introduced brunch as part of their menu through an event hosted at the Cafe. The Cafe has introduced a variety of additional items on the menu as part of brunch namely Truffle Fries, Chicken Tacos, Fajita Omelette, Eggs Sunny Side Up, Scrambled Eggs on Croissant with Smoked Salmon, Eggs Benedict, Granola Yoghurt, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Waffle Chicken, Waffle & Nutella and French Toast. The new menu has been designed and created by Misha Rehman. Cafe Latch will be open for brunch every weekend, from Friday to Sunday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
Speaking about the new menu, Hassan Agha, CEO of Cafe Latch, said,
“Our persistent love of food is what inspires us to experiment and bring our patrons a variety of scrumptious dishes frequently. Keeping that in mind, we have introduced a new menu dedicated to brunch items that is perfect for anyone who loves a hearty breakfast. Like always, we are looking forward to serving our patrons quality, delicious food at reasonable prices.”
Speaking about the new brunch menu she has designed for Café Latch, Food Consultant Misha Rehman said,
“It was an absolute delight working with Hassan Agha and his team at Cafe Latch. As a food consultant, it’s essential to have freedom in designing and developing a menu. Hassan’s keenness mixed with his laid back persona allowed me to create a Brunch Menu from classics like Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce to soul indulgences like Grilled Pepperoni Cheese Sandwiches and Waffle Chicken. With every such consultancy there is a risk of my food not being as closely replicated as I envision, but I’m certain Cafe Latch’s enthusiastic kitchen team will serve a fun and delectable Brunch Menu!”
Café Latch is a gourmet café, launched in December 2016, offering a menu with diverse options such as trio of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches along with decadent dishes like chicken kiev, French onion soup and lasagna. The café also has a variety of desserts on the menu by one of Pakistan’s most acclaimed patisserie chefs, Muneeze Khalid. The interior of the Café has been designed by Architects Inc.
Owned by Hassan Agha, CEO of Magic River Holdings, Café Latch opened its doors to Lahore with the inspiration for bringing gourmet food to an informal dining setup. Under its umbrella, Magic River Holdings, holds numerous business ventures apart from the café such as fashion & lifestyle retail, restaurants and petroleum.
