Wajahat Rauf’s rom-com is set to release on Eid-ul-Fitr. The film Chhalawa is directed, written and produced by Wajahat Rauf who has previously directed two films Karachi Se Lahore & Lahore Se Aagey which were hits at the box office.
The official trailer was launched on Sunday 21st March. The flamboyant trailer sets the tone of the film that revolves around wedding festivities that will take place in a Punjab.
Zara Noor Abbass, after impressing us with her acting skills on TV, dazzled in the trailer and steal the show along with ain lead Mehwish Hayat. Zara gets to show off her dance moves to the track which stamps the fact that she is an impressive performer not only as an actress but also as a dancer.
The trailer of Chhalawa’ gives the int of being a lighthearted family entertainer with comedy, romance and emotions all rolled into one.
