This Ramazan help Chhipa Welfare Association reach their humanitarian goals

24-hour humanitarian services, a beacon of hope for humanity, Chhipa Welfare Association is an organization working true to the slogan with various services this non-profit organization offers. Ambulance Service, Dastarkhawan, Orphanage, Chhipa Home, Morgue, Chhipa Kitchen, Monthly Ration Bag, Ritual Bathing Room, Free Ghusal & Kaffan, Mobile Morgue, Graveyard, Chhipa Jhoola, Chhipa Newborn Home, Old Home, and Women Shelter Home are services that Chhipa is offering 24/7 for the welfare of humanity.

Fulfilling these duties in the name of humanity is not an easy task for a non-profit organization and these initiatives become possible, up and running because of the contribution and donation of millions who believe in the cause. When it comes to charitable giving, Pakistan is a generous country, and it contributes more than one percent of its GDP to charity, the Stanford Social Innovation Review reported. A study conducted by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy shows that Pakistanis give around Rs240 billion (more than $2 billion) annually to charity.

Ramazan the time of year when the charity giving increases in many folds, Fueling this culture of generosity is the Islamic emphasis on giving – in the form of Zakat, Sadaqa, and Fitrana – as well as other moral and social factors and a deeply rooted sense of compassion toward community members. The donation in the form of Zakat and Sadaqa (and in the case of Ramazan Sadaqa e Fiter) helps organizations like Chhipa serve more and more people every day.

This year Chhipa Welfare Association started their charity drive campaign with a video message from the founder of the organization, Mr. Ramzan Chhipa .

 

The charity you give will help Chhipa Welfare Association run a fleet of ambulances with more efficiently, run the kitchens and dastarkhwans to serve free meals, provide monthly ration to poor and needy families, and continue with services like Chhipa Jhoola, Homes, home for newborn, orphanage and old home.

For last ten years or so Chhipa Welfare Association is also providing women shelter – for women in need of shelter and help the transition into a normal and save life – and home for special children, Chhipa Welfare Association looks after special children and take care of their special needs. Needy and handicapped children are provided crutches, wheelchairs and artificial limbs. And this is all being possible because of the charity given to the organization.
