Daraz’s Shukriya Pakistan campaign acknowledges customers for being the sellers’ catalyst to success

An initiative that has truly facilitated the buyer-seller connection is the ‘Follow Store’ module, where customers can now follow their favourite stores and stay updated with the latest offers. The game-changer; however, has been the launch of ‘Instant Messaging’, giving customers the ability to have direct conversations with sellers. Real-time interaction with sellers enables buyers to get the advice they need regarding products they’re interested in. Through Instant Messaging, customers can remain in touch with the seller once the order is confirmed and even after delivery.

All these features allow customers to directly impact sellers’ business performance. When sellers offer good quality products and provide exceptional service levels, they receive a positive response from the customers, which consequently gives them more visibility on the app and increased sales.
