First look poster of Sarmad Sultan Khoosat’s film Manto is released. The film is in pipelione for far too long and now it is ready to hit screens this September. Manto is a Biopic of famous Urdu short Story writer Saadat Hassan Manto produced by Geo Films.
The biopic is featuring Sarmad Sultan Khoosat as Manto, and Sania Saeed as begum Safiyah Manto. The first look poster features Sarmad Khoosat in the signature avatar of Saadat Hassan Manto and Mahira Khan in her unusual appearance.
The film Manto has a star-studded cast including Sarmad Khoosat ( Saadat Hasan Manto), Saba Qamar as (Noor Jehan), Imran Abbas as (Talochan Singh), Sania Saeed as (Begum Manto), Mahira Khan, Faisal Qureshi, Hina Khawaja Bayat, Nimra Bucha, Savera Nadeem, Adnan Jaffar, Tipu Sharif, Nadia Afghan, Afraz Rasool, Yasra Rizvi, Irfan Khoosat, and others. Famous author Mohammed Hanif will also be making a cameo in the film.
