Sehr Beg is a mom, an entrepreneur, and a fitness trainer originally from Hunza. However, she lived for most of her life in Islamabad before moving to Karachi approximately five years ago. She has loved health and fitness her whole life but it was only around 2015 that she took fitness on as a profession and has been training ever since. Sehr has also trained several celebrities and has helped them reach their fitness goals time and again. Other than being a fitness trainer, she is a certified runner who has a passion for running and has had hands-on training experience with one of the leading brands of Pakistan. Pursuing her purpose in every form, she has also run for charity, done free workout sessions, and has helped a few people with weight loss out of passion.
Now, Sehr Beg aspires to continue her fitness journey while making sure that she is the reason for others to stay fit as well. Keeping the motivation up, she wants to inspire both genders to start leading a healthy lifestyle and never look back.
