In a tweet, Salma shared her thoughts on success as a continuous journey and mentioned her resignation from PTV News. She also revealed that she would be hosting a new program called “Public Opinion” on Public News, airing from Monday to Thursday at 7 pm.

Salma Kousar’s career in the media industry began in 2012 as an associate producer at Capital TV. Over the years, she honed her skills and gained experience in different news organizations. She joined 92 News HD as an associate producer in 2015 and then transitioned to news anchoring when she joined Sach TV. In 2018, she became a part of Hum News as the launching anchor and also hosted the evening news analysis program, “Views Makers.”
