Benaam is one of the most popular daily soaps on television right now. The show is earning praise left right and center for its interesting story and twists and turns. Credit should be given where credit is due. Noor Hassan as Haider, Saad Qureshi as Umer and Anoushay Abbasi as Aimal continue to shine in every episode.
This week began with a bang when Taimoor (Babar Ali) passed away because he couldn’t bear the troubles of his life any longer. Once he passes away, Rabia (Nadia Hussain) wants Aimal (Anoushay Abbasi) and Aiza (Komal Meer) to leave but she can’t make them because the house is rightfully theirs too.
Babar (Imran Aslam) returns and harasses Aimal and Aiza again. Seeing this, Haider brings Aiza home while Aimal stays back. They miss each other but Aimal doesn’t want to leave Taimoor’s home. Haider wants to bring his mother home but she refuses to go until Aiza is there. Later, she comes home herself.
Umer tries to reach out to Aimal but she doesn’t want him to call her. Rabia asks Aimal to leave but she tells her she won’t bear anymore of her antics.
After a lot of insistence, Umer agrees to move into Arsalan’s home. They also bring Aimal home when Rabia asks her to leave again because she knows according to Taimoor’s will, Aimal and Aiza are equal heirs to his property.
Aisha gets pregnant and Arsalan warms up to her after Tooba has moved into her new place. Tooba has problems with Aimal coming home but Umer tells her to accept it. Aimal starts teaching again.
Babar solds Taimoor’s home and betrays Rabia. Haider brings them home which Aiza doesn’t like. He explains to her that no one will take him away from her.
Laiba (Shazeal Shoukat) continues to mess with Aiza’s head, saying things that throw her off guard. She plans a birthday surprise for Haider to make Aiza jealous. Laiba is saying things to Aiza again but changes her tone when she sees Haider who arrives just when Aiza is replying to Laiba. He thinks Laiba has changed while Aiza was being mean to her.
The week concluded with Aimal seeing Tooba insulting Shakeela and her guests about belonging to a poor neighborhood and having middle class ways.
The week brought in a lot of interesting developments. The performances especially of our three leads remained top notch. What will the next week bring in the lives of Aimal, Haider and Umer? To find out, keep watching Benaam every day on ARY Digital.
