The tournament kicks off on April 9, featuring eight exciting matches as six teams battle for two spots in the main event later this year in India.

The qualifier will see 15 matches in total, with eight being held in Lahore. The full schedule for Gaddafi Stadium is as follows:

In a move to boost women’s cricket in Pakistan, the PCB has opened the gates to all matches free of charge, allowing fans to witness high-stakes cricket as teams compete for a place in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025.

The qualifier features:

  • Full Members: Pakistan, West Indies, Bangladesh, Ireland
  • Associate Nations: Scotland, Thailand

Only the top two teams will advance to join India, Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka in the main tournament.

Pakistan looks to secure a World Cup berth after missing the 2022 edition. West Indies and Ireland aim to return after previous appearances. Scotland and Thailand chase history—neither has played in an ODI World Cup before.

With no tickets required, fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure the best seats. The action begins this Tuesday (April 9) as Pakistan takes on Ireland in the tournament opener.
