News anchor, TV presenter, and morning show host Jannat Jamshed joined 24 News HD. She shared this news on her social media as she shared a screenshot of her Facebook status on Instagram story.
Jannat was last part of Exress News here he was hosting the weekend news round-up show KosmoPolitan from Lahore.
While speaking to MediaSpring PK Jannat said:
“It has not been long for me to be part of this industry. Growth and new challenges are always driving factors for any newcomer. Express has been a nice place to work with but as a new member of this industry I feel that right now it is good for me to have more screen time and experience. KosmoPolitan show hosting was a good experience but It was not giving me the screen time I need at this point of my career. Being back on the news anchor’s chair is a great experience.”
A Lahore College for Women University graduate, Jannat did her Bs (Hons) in political science and started her career in 2019 with Neo TV Network. She worked for Neo TV’s Lahore-based regional news channel Lahore Rung as a news anchor. Earlier this year she also started hosting the morning show Good Morning Lahore on Lahor Rung.
She remained with Lahore Rung until December 2021 when she joined Express News. In past, she had also briefly worked for 92 News HD.
