In a momentous development, Lahore Qalandars, the reigning two-time consecutive champions of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), has proudly announced a significant partnership with the esteemed Alkhidmat Foundation. Alkhidmat Foundation, a leading philanthropic organization dedicated to humanitarian service, and Lahore Qalandars, a cricketing powerhouse, have come together to forge a historic alliance rooted in their shared commitment to cricket talent development and community empowerment.
Under the terms of this one-year partnership agreement, Alkhidmat Foundation will extend sponsorship to seven promising cricketers currently enrolled in the Lahore Qalandars’ Player Development Program (PDP). These talented athletes are currently undergoing intensive training at the state-of-the-art Qalandars High Performance Center (QHPC) located in Lahore. The seven selected players, comprising five males and two females, were meticulously identified and groomed through Lahore Qalandars’ comprehensive PDP initiative.
The chosen players represent a wide age range, spanning from 17 to 23 years old, reflecting the program’s commitment to nurturing cricketing talent at various stages of development. Lahore Qalandars’ Player Development Program has long been renowned for its dedication to unearthing and honing young cricketing talent, and this partnership with Alkhidmat Foundation promises to reinforce these efforts.
