After the great success of Player Development Program (PDP), Lahore Qalandars – the most favorite franchise of the Pakistan Super League– are joining hands with Starlet, a footwear brand, and Kausar Rana Trust a not-for-profit Organization – to offer one-year scholarship opportunities to skilled cricketers.

Lahore Qalandars winner of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022 and the most active franchise of the Pakistan Super League and is known for providing a pathway to young cricketers of the country.
Kausar Rana Trust (KRT) is a not-for-profit Organization that works for the welfare of society without any differentiation of region, caste, religion, belief, or political affiliation established in 2017.
According to the partnership between Lahore Qalandars, Starlet, and KRT scholarships will be provided to ten students selected through trials. The scholarship will be given to students aged 15 and above for a period of one year.
Lahore Qalandars will ensure that the scholarships are provided to deserving and talented student cricketers having great potential to be selected for Pakistan Super League and having the potential to represent Pakistan at the international level. Players identified and selected through trials will be trained in Qalandars High Performance Centre under the supervision of international level coaches and consultants.
CEO of Lahore Qalandars Atif Rana added that “we are delighted to announce this partnership, Starlet is a well-known brand and through this collaboration, we can strengthen the sports in our country, together we can do great things and hope this partnership strengthens the sports in our country”.
In a meeting CEO of Starlet retail Nadeem added that “we are delighted to be a part of Lahore Qalandars, and every Pakistani kid is like my own child and we are doing it to empower sports in our country”.
DCO of Lahore Qalandars Aqib Javed said “we are happy to announce the partnership with Starlet through this partnership we can discover new talent and nurture them by providing them all facilities, we are looking forward to discovering new talent”.
