Proficient broadcast journalist and news anchor Mahvish Tabassum has rejoined Dawn News after a very brief stint at Channel 92 News HD. Mahvish Tabassum left Dawn news last month and joined 92 News HD as a news anchor.

Mahvish Tabassum shared the news on her social media via her Instagram profile:
While talking to MediaSpiring PK Mahvish Tabassum said;
“I was in karachi for my final settlement and meet everyone and during my visit, I was offered to rejoin Dawn News. After discussing it with the organisation I nodded for it as I was somehow missing the place and this looked like the right opportunity. I will miss being in my hometown, tough, but opportunity must be availed.”
Mahvish started her career as an RJ at Samaa FM, and her newscasting career started when she joined City 42. After graduating in Mass Communications she joined Islamabad-based Sach TV. in 2015 she joined Capital TV as newscaster and later she became anchor one of the flagship show of the channel – Baybaak. Earlier this year, Mahvish joined Dawn News. Last month she came back to Lahore after becoming part of 92 News HD newscast team, and now she is back on Dawn News.
