One of the most accomplished female anchorpersons of Pakistani media, Maria Memon has joined ARY News. Previously, Maria Memon had been associated with Bol News. After quiting from BOL News last week Maria has recently joined the ARY News as Senior Anchor and Content Manager. She announced this news on her social media accounts.
As per the sources of the media industry Maria will soon start her new current affairs show on ARY News, the name of the show and it will be a ‘solo host’ show.
Maria Memon is considered among the very few female journalists of Pakistan who have earned fame through conviction and hard-work.
Maria Memon is a Software Engineer by education, and she started her journalism career as a field reporter for Geo English and also hosted news morning show “Geo Pakistan” with veteran Abdul Rauf. In 2011, she hosted popular weekend news show on Geo News “Mere Mutabiq”.

In 2012, Maria moved to Karachi to test her skills in news casting, later in 2014 she made a documentary “Muslims In America” on the life of Muslims living in the U.S. Earlier this year Maria joined BOL News as Senior Manager Content and Anchorperson.
Maria Memon has also been CNN Fellow Journalist in the year 2011.
