News is the entertainment in Pakistan, I am not saying that, this is something we are made to realise again and again. Well the fact remains that our news channel out number entertainment channels all the times. Hence, news channels and faces we see on news channel are bound to have a following.
That has been one reason for us to start featuring news and TV anchors on our platform many years ago when we started it. Now we see many social media outlets doing the same (good for them and more success to them).
At the start of this year we decided to measure our progress on social media, reason being 2018 was a slow year (we still are trying to meet our numbers that we registered in 2016 and 2017), so that we can make better decisions about what content we must continue with and on what we shall pull the plug.
And that measurement showed us some interesting trends. One such trend made us to keep track of and measure the engagement certain people and content attracts on our social media platform.
Based on that information we ended up knowing which news or TV anchor has got the most social media engagement on MediaSpring PK social media channels. So without further commentary – here are top ten TV anchors who were the most engaging on our social media channels.

If we say this year belongs to her when it comes to shooting down trolls, we wont be wrong at all. She has been one engaging and very active anchor on social media this year and that is why on our platforms too she ended up being one of the top most engaging one.
Hifza Chaudhary
She knows what to post, when to post and where to post, she is beauty with brains. Hifza Chaudhary is among the top three TV anchors who got the most engagement on MediaSpring PK social channels.
Madeha Naqvi
Most googled TV anchor in Pakistan in 2019 makes to this list.This should not be surprising.
Irza Khan
We have seen her growing in past few year, the lady of many talents – Irza Khan – is surely a fan favorite.
Summaiya Rizwan
Another regular to the list! Summaiya has been one of the top most engaging one on our channels since 2016.
Absa Komal
Despite being not so active on social media (as she once used to be) Absa is still adored and that is why whatever limited content we posted about her this year did get the social media eyeballs.
Sadaf Abdul Jabbar
Her make-up tutorial video on our Instagram was a hit in 2018, this year Sadaf showed us her morning show host avatar too and we did love that one too. She is also one of the top ten most engaging TV anchors on MediaSpring PK platforms.

Making her debut to the list, Ayesha Jehanzeb has established herself as one of the A-Lister TV anchors and this is also reflecting on her social media persona too.

Another debutant to the list, from morning show hosting to modeling and to making it to this list, Armala has done it all in 2019.
