Mizmaar Releases Much Awaited Collaboration ‘Yeh Dil’ with Euphoria

Two of the most influential bands of South Asia teamed up in a surprise collaboration. Pakistani band Mizmaar and India’s pioneer rock band Euphoria came together for a winning track Yeh Dil, which has been released on 14^th August. The single was chosen to be launched on the eve of Pakistan and India’s Independence Days, specifically to promote peace between the two neighboring countries.

After the release of their comeback single Jee Loonga, Mizmaar had been teasing fans in interviews about a major collaboration that they had been working on. As fans continued speculating about this surprise project, the band finally posted a behind-the-scenes video of the making of the single with the statement The BTS of Mizmaar’s collaboration with India’s biggest rockstar Palash Sen from Euphoria. Stay Tuned for #YehDil releasing on 14th August 2015”.

Yeh Dil is a soothing rock ballad crooned beautifully by Palash Sen (lead vocalist of Euphoria). The soft rock feel of the track gives it a very unique sound, with the soothing lyrics making it a must-have addition to everyone’s current playlist. The simple yet effective music video of Yeh Dil, which has been directed by Mizmaar’s frontman Kashan Admani himself, shows both bands recording the track in the studio.

Speaking about this collaboration, Euphoria’s lead vocalist Palash Sen said,

“It’s my first official collaboration with anybody from Pakistan. I am glad to be a part of this collaboration and hope this effort promotes peace and harmony between the two countries”. He went on the say on social media “Yeh Dil’ is a collaboration with Pakistani Rock Giants Mizmaar on the eve of Pakistan and India’s Independence Day. The message is simple, God has no religion, love knows no boundaries…And we won’t let politicians and terrorists tell us what to do…We won’t fear anymore. Today, music has crossed the line of control and nobody has the guts or power to stop it. Mizmaar and I believe that each one of us, the citizens of India and Pakistan have the power to choose love over hate, peace over violence and brotherhood over politics. Kashan Admani, frontman of Mizmaar said,
