Mohammad Hafeez Takes Helm as Director for Pakistan Men’s Cricket Team

In a strategic move, former Test captain Mohammad Hafeez has been appointed as the Director of the Pakistan Men’s Cricket Team.

With an impressive cricketing career spanning 55 Tests, 218 ODIs, and 119 T20Is, Hafeez brings a wealth of experience, having scored 12,780 runs and taken 253 wickets for Pakistan.

Having recently served on the PCB Cricket Technical Committee, Hafeez’s all-round expertise and his role in the triumphant ICC Champions Trophy campaign in 2017 add significant value to his new position.

The PCB has restructured the coaching staff portfolio, with all coaches continuing their roles at the National Cricket Academy. The announcement of the new coaching staff for the upcoming series in Australia and New Zealand is forthcoming.
