Momina Teli is all set to host an exhibition for her Eid Collection on 3rd September, 2016 in Karachi.
Momina Teli’s AW’16 collection is a mix of edgy silhouettes along with her signature styles. Staying on top of trends, the collection features a variety of cold shoulder and off-shoulder tops with avant-garde details and is mostly influenced by pastels and earthy tones, featuring floral motifs and delicate embellishments with sequins and beads.
Talking about the latest collection, designer Momina Teli shares:
“Keeping Eid and other festive occasions in mind there is a wide range of ensembles along with a cotton based capsule collection that is perfect for more day to day affairs. There are a variety of cuts including short length tunics, capes, wraps and asymmetrical hemlines to define a few.”
All in all it is a fun, feminine and contemporary range. Every piece is made with pure finesse and there are subtle elements that are sure to catch your eye.
Momina Teli has a keen sense of fusion aesthetics that she instills in her alluring line of formals and luxury pret wear. She has studied History of Art and Furniture at the esteemed Institute Villa Pierrefeu and continued her education at Pennsylvania State University. After working in the textile industry for a few years she debuted her eponymous luxury pret-a-porter label in 2010. The label has since expanded to include complete weekend, work and evening collections.
Based in Karachi, Momina Teli designs are exclusively custom made to order. Currently her collections are available in London, Los Angeles, Singapore and Jakarta.
