In our broadcast journalism industry Madiha Abid Ali is one such name who has holistic understanding of the field both academically and practically. Lately, she was associated with First HD channel of Pakistan, 92 News HD, however, now the trained filmmaker and broadcast journalist Madiha Abid Ali has joined ARY News.
Madhiha is now part of ARY News as current affairs show host. Her first assignment with the channel is to host the flagship show of the channel, Live with Dr Shahid, along with industry heavyweight Dr Shahid Masood.

Madiha has a degree of M.phil in Mass Communication, from Kinnaird College Women University. She is trained filmmaker and broadcast journalist and has made short films as a freelancer. At 92 News HD Madiha has been one of the faces of channel’s newscast team and mainly carried out night time transmission. She also hosted ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 special transmission for (then) newly launched 92 News HD.
