Khuda Aur Mohabbat was an instant hit with its first season due to its narrative. The first two seasons of Imran Abbas, Sadia Khan, Kubra Khan (in season two) starrer Khuda Aur Mohabbat that aired on Geo TV were very well received. Based on writer Hashim Nadeem’s own novel, the first season was directed by Anjum Shahzad, where as the second season was directed by Syed Ali Raza Usama.Khuda Aur Mohabbat was initiated by Badar Ikram and then season 2 was carried on by Babar Javed.
Babar Javed has renewed the TV drama serial for it third season.
According to a famous entertainment portal, director Shahzad Rafique was locked in for the third season.
Model turned actress was initially roped in for this season as lead actress opposite Imran Abbas. The casting of this drama serial was final, however, change at the top management of Geo Entertainment caused the delay and the project was paused.
Do Bol and Yaariyan fame director Wajahat Hussain will be director this season, while the shoot will begin in October. It is also being reported that the makers are negotiating with Feroze Khan for the male lead.
