Benaam is without a doubt winning the daily soap race thanks to its interesting storyline and interesting characters. This week was an interesting one with lot of big reveals and interesting developments. It also helps that the performances remain amazing especially Noor Hassan as Haider, Anoushay Abbasi as Aimal, and Saad Qureshi as Umer who give their best in every episode.
This week began with Haider (Noor Hassan) and Aiza (Komal Meer) trying to build communication. She asks him about his conversation with Taimoor (Babar Ali). Unable to tell her the truth, he says his mother has found out about their nikkah.
Umer (Saad Qureshi) continues to be forced by everyone in the house that Arsalan has bought for him and Tooba. He feels cornered by Arsalan, who is clearly taking advantage of Umer.
Haider tries to convince his mother to accept his and Aiza’s marriage.
Babar (Imran Aslam) is arrested by the police but is later released on bail.
Haider learns that Babar is being released and rushes to leave but gets in another argument with his mother.
Umer continues to resist going in Arsalan’s home which Arsalan bought for him. Tooba intervenes between them which makes Umer happy.
Rabia (Nadia Hussain) fixes Aiza’s marriage with an older man but Taimoor comes at the moment and stops the whole thing. He also slaps Rabia in front of everyone. In a fit of rage, Rabia slaps Aimal (Anoushay Abbasi) when she finds out she was the one who called Taimoor.
Aisha (Ghana Ali) calls Umer and convinces him to agree on moving into Arsalan’s home but he tells her his morals won’t allow him to do that.
Haider learns about what happened and rushes to Taimoor’s home and tells him to tell everyone the truth.
Tooba again blames Aisha for Umer’s changed behavior. She complains to Arsalan who insults Aisha once again.
Babar stops Aimal’s way again but Umer arrives just then too. She tells Umer to stay from her because she is the who left her in all of that mess.
Rabia accuses Taimoor for being interested in Aimal and Aiza which is why he won’t let them get married. That’s when he slaps her and reveals that the two are his biological daughters.
Aimal comforts Aiza that the only father they have known is Haroon. He loved them like they were his own.
Haider fights with his mother again when she asks him to divorce Aiza.
Aimal and Aiza learn that Haider knew the truth and feel betrayed at his hands.
Haider finally reveals to everyone that he has married Aiza. Upon hearing that, Laiba (Shazeal Shoukat) faints and is rushed to the hospital.
Once Laiba is fine, Haider meets her and tells her to forget him.
