The Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi, met with the Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket, Mr. Scott Weenink, to discuss cricket series between the two nations.
Pakistan is scheduled to tour New Zealand next year for a series of matches, including five T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals.
Chairman PCB, Mohsin Naqvi, expressed gratitude to the Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket for the arrangements made for the cricket series.
“The security of players is of utmost importance. We have made comprehensive security arrangements,” stated Mohsin Naqvi.
“The players are our esteemed guests. It is our responsibility to ensure their well-being,” he added.
“I am personally monitoring all arrangements and security plans,” Mohsin Naqvi assured.
The Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket appreciated the excellent arrangements made in Pakistan, particularly in Rawalpindi and Lahore.
“We are pleased to see the excellent arrangements made in Rawalpindi and Lahore,” said the Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket.
The New Zealand cricket team will visit Pakistan to play three bilateral series before the Champions Trophy. The Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket was accompanied by PCB’s Chief Operating Officer, Salman Nasir, and Director of International Cricket, Osman Wahla, on this occasion.
