Pakistan edge Scotland by 48 runs in the first match of the series

Pakistan has beaten Scotland by 48 runs in the first T20I of the two-match series.

Batting first, Pakistan set a monstrous target of 205 runs with captain Sarfraz Ahmed scoring 89 off 49 balls. Shoaib Malik made a handy 53 off  27 deliveries.

Scotland—after flying to 53 runs in just five overs— succumbed in the second half. Wickets kept falling in regular intervals and it restricted Scottish innings to 155 runs. Shadab Khan took two wickets for 25 in four overs.
