The 38-year-old bowler had hinted at his retirement plans over the past two years, with 2023 marked as the year he would bid adieu to international cricket. “I have been speaking about my retirement plans for the past two years, that 2023 is my target to retire from international cricket, and I feel comfortable now more than ever that I have served my country and the national team to the best of my ability,” Wahab Riaz stated.
