UK food chain, Pepe’s Piri Piri officially launches its first outlet in Karachi on 14th August 2019. Doors will be opened to public starting 15th August 2019.
After successfully launching restaurants in Giga Mall, Islamabad and Emporium Mall, Lahore, Pepe’s Piri Piri will be launching its third outlet in Pakistan in North Nazimabad, Karachi. Pepe’s has also simultaneously been working on opening branches in UAE, US and Morocco. Commenting on the feedback Pepe’s has received in Pakistan, the CEO, Shahan Durrani, adds, “Well, because of our brand strength in the UK, we have been receiving requests from all across Pakistan to open in their respective cities, and most of all from Karachi. We literally have customers in Karachi that have their friends or relatives send them Pepe’s by air all the way from Lahore and Islamabad! So, it was only a matter of time before we expanded into Karachi. We found a very capable franchisee in Karachi who wanted to target North Nazimabad which is one of the key locations to be at. Having said that, we have other locations in the pipeline as well, with the next outlet opening very soon in ‘Sindhi Muslim Housing Cooperative Society’ area, followed by many more soon In Sha Allah.”
Here to revolutionize the concept of grilled food, Pepe’s prides itself for serving only fresh chicken as opposed to using frozen chicken. The casual fast food dine-in chain will be offering Pepe’s famous 6 flavors – Mango & Lime, Lemon & Herb, Mild, Hot, Extra Hot and Extreme. Their best sellers include Piri bites, grilled chicken, chicken espetada, chicken and rice, wings, burgers and wraps to name a few.
“We pride ourselves for giving a complete experience, which includes exemplary customer service as well as quite possibly the juiciest and tastiest Piri Piri chicken with a range of flavors to choose from. We have great environment and decor in our restaurants, suitable for families as well as young customers who bring in a lot of positive energy. And for this, I have to thank our interior designer and architect, Saad Kureshi and his team from Architects Inc, who I think have done a great job with the restaurant outlook,” adds Durrani while explaining what customers should expect.
Pepe’s Piri Piri will be launching more branches in Pakistan including another branch in Karachi followed by more branches in Islamabad, Lahore and Jhelum. Details of more launches will be disclosed at a later date.
