Popular model Javeriya Hanif has recently taken to social media to talk about a distressing incident that occurred on the set of a photoshoot, where she felt humiliated and disrespected.
Javeriya has been a well-known face in the modeling industry for years and has worked with various designers and photographers. However, in her recent post, she has expressed her disappointment and shock at the behavior of a photographer on a recent shoot.

According to Javeriya, the photographer, who was a self-proclaimed perfectionist, was more concerned with the technicalities of makeup rather than lights and shadows, which is a photographer’s primary focus. She further stated that the photographer kept visiting the makeup room for no apparent reason, just to demonstrate his skills and show off his expertise.
Moreover, the photographer had requested Hanif to pose and give movements even after she had given him ten different styles and poses. To her surprise, she later found out that the photographer was secretly filming a video of her, which was not part of the agreement. She expressed her disappointment that no one was supposed to make any kind of Behind The Scenes, video on the day of the shoot as she was not getting paid for it.
Javeriya found it strange to see three or four people with cameras in their hands when she arrived on set. She believed that as a model, she did not need that many people to take her photos while she poses. She felt that the photographer was just trying to play her and deceive her into thinking he wasn’t filming her video.
The incident left Javeriya feeling humiliated and disrespected. She expressed her disappointment that some photographers and designers think they can taunt others on set with cold words and treat them like they are nobody. Hanif concluded that models are not hangers and are out to earn their bread and butter. She vowed not to work with anyone who tries to cheat her around and devalue her market.
