Rashid Naseem, Pakistan’s prolific martial artist, has achieved a remarkable feat by breaking 20 world records in just two days without any government support. This marks the first time in Pakistan’s history that an individual has set so many world records in a single day, bringing Rashid’s total to an astounding 121 world records.
Rashid Naseem, already the record-holder for the most world records in Pakistan’s history, shattered records previously held by individuals from the USA, Germany, India, Switzerland, and England. On the first day, he successfully broke nine records and aimed to break 11 more the following day.
Continuing his record-breaking spree today, Rashid Naseem set nine new world records in various martial arts categories, including breaking two records held by India.

- Punching Category:
- Wearing boxing gloves, Rashid broke England’s record by delivering 398 punches in a minute compared to the previous record of 350.
- Holding a 1 kg weight in each hand, he broke Pakistan’s record by landing 171 punches, surpassing the previous record of 161 punches.
- Elbow Strike:
- He crushed 172 walnuts with his elbow, beating the previous record of 160.
- He also broke India’s Channa Sharma’s record by landing 882 elbow strikes in three minutes, surpassing Sharma’s 820.
- Knee Strikes:
- With 5 kg weights tied to his legs, Rashid broke the American record by delivering 88 knee strikes in a minute, surpassing the previous record of 83.
- Balloon Bursting:
- He burst 100 balloons with punches in a minute, breaking the previous record of 72.
- Stick Strikes:
- In one minute, he struck a stick 481 times, surpassing the previous record of 442.
- He also broke the three-minute record by striking the stick 1,285 times, beating the previous record of 1,159.
- Fire Staff Spinning:
- He spun a fire staff 201 times, breaking the previous record of 195.

- Marble Tile Breaking with Elbow:
- Rashid broke 11 marble tiles with his elbow.
- Nunchaku Spinning:
- He spun the nunchaku 191 times, breaking England’s Chirag Lohia’s record of 186.
- Bottle Cap Opening with Kick:
- Rashid opened 40 bottle caps consecutively with a kick.
- He also opened 32 bottle caps in 30 seconds, surpassing the previous record of 29.
