The fastest growing mobile brand in Pakistan realme has launched a ton of smartphones in 2019, and it’s wrapping things off for the year with a couple of new announcements. realme has announced Global Photography Contest which provides all realme users with a platform to shoot, display and exchange images.
realme aims to provide smartphones for the “young people around the world”. With a complete and exquisite platform, realme is aiming to help users record and enjoy the finer aesthetics of life curated through the beauty of technology. The intent of this contest is to inspire more youth to capture this everyday beauty through the lens of realme mobile phones.
The Entries for this contest are open from 16th November where participants can submit entries in 6 themes: yellow, nightscape, people, travel, creative and perspective. Shot on realme Contest Pakistan will end on 30th November and top local Winners will be announced on 7th December who will be getting realme buds 2 and much more exciting gifts.
These Pakistani winners entries will then be submitted for global photography contest to the head office and the global winner will be announced on 1st January which will get $10,000+realme XT. Following are the guidelines for the contest:
- Only 1 picture per theme will be accepted.
- Participants must mention the theme while submitting an entry.
- Pictures that don’t fit the theme will be disqualified.
- Shot on realme watermark should be on.
- Plagiarism and Photography Theft is highly discouraged.
Aaron Huey, an eminent National Geographic photographer, realme Chief Photography Officer personally kicked off this contest. He has photographed over 30 stories for the National Geographic magazines and is a Contributing Artist at Harper’s Magazine. As a Global Ambassador for Stanford’s D. School, he is focusing on media experiments and helped fine tune the camera details and image tuning of the realme Xt. The Jury of the photography contest is also comprised up of some world renowned international photographers and story tellers as well as realme top management.
