RJ, TV presenter Sophiya Anjam is back on TV as she is going to start her whole new TV show soon on PTV Home.
MediaSpringPK learnt this and reported it yesterday.
Team MeiaSpringPK reached out to Sophiya AKA RJ Sophie to learn more about her new show. She said:
“So it’ll be aired every Wednesday 6pm on PTV Home, National & Global. Show is called Signature Tunes with Sophiya Anjam & it’ll be all about promoting Pakistani music. There would be charts, videos, performances, discussion on music happenings & chit chat with artists”
Talking about her return on state television the RJ turned TV host said:
“It feels great to be back on National TV, that is watched in Pakistan across villages, small & big cities, plus around the globe. Music is close to my heart & our local talent needs to be showcased on TV as much as possible. We must encourage our own artists. Hopefully, the show would revive the MCC days!”
RJ Sophie was last seen on TV hosting the PTV’s Eid special show in 2018.
Sophie in past also has hosted the weekend show for PTV World, and she is a regular host of flagship radio show of FM91, Drive on with Sophie. Apart from hosting TV and radio shows, this full of energy lady is very active as a host of various events and activities such as brand seminars, brand launches, charity events.
