Sajal Ali as a name as an actress need no introduction as her work speaks volume for her. From Mastana Mahi to Gul e Rana she has come a long way and in such young age, she has established herself as a firm actor. Recently she has also added one more feather to her hat as with Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai she has also become a movie star.
Recently during the film promotion drive for Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai in Lahore, team Media Spring Pk got a chance to have a chit chat with Sajal Ali who is playing the role of Mahira in Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay. And here is what she said in response to the questions we asked.
1. What was one factor that made you sign ZKHH?
Sajal: The team of Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai is an amazing one to work with on top of it the script is amazing hence I decided to opt this project.
2. Tell us about your character, how challenging was it for you as an actor?
Sajal: I can not talk much about the character but I must say it was a challenging one and I had to work really hard to play this.
3. How is your role in ZKHH is different than your previous roles?
Sajal: I try to work in a variety of roles. I have played a victim. I have played negative roles. This one has many shades, so watch out for it.
4. How was the experience of working with Feroze Khan in the film since you already have worked with him on TV?
Sajal: It was good. We are good friends which made it easy to work together.
5. Any interesting incident on the sets of Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay that you would like to share with us?
Sajal: There were many interesting incidents but I have to say there was a lot of learning. This project surely has added new skillset to my acting.
6. Your favorite song from Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay?
Sajal: My own favourite is Tutiya Tara. Having said that, all the songs of Zindagi Kitni Haseen hai are quiet Haseen.
7. Who do you like most Sajal Ali as TV actress or Sajal Ali the film star?
Sajal: I like both but I must say being a film star is the ultimate goal of any actor. However, TV is our identity and that is one thing that made Sajal Ali as we know her, no matter how many films i do in the future but I will always be known for my work on TV first and that is why I have no plan to quit TV plays and acting on TV for films 🙂
8. What is one particular thing about your film that you think the audience will like the most?
Sajal: The story is captivating and we all have put so much hard work in it so it will surely be liked by film goers.
9. Any message for your fans and readers of MediaSpring Pk?
Sajal: Do watch Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hai as it is my first expedition on the big screen and your love and feedback will surely hep me in progressing.
