Sameena Rana quit Capital TV and joined News One in Karachi

The ace news anchor and face of Capital TV’s Pakistan @ 8, Sameena Rana has joined News One after serving Capital TV for two years.

While talking to MediaSpring PK Sameena Rana said,

“Working at Capital TV was one of the best experiences of my career. That place is certainly a TV channel where one must work once. I have loads of best wishes for Capital TV. Now I have moved to Karachi to join a new channel I am quite excited and equally nervous about it. But, I am sure this new place and new city will be a breat turn in my career. And one thing I must say I will really miss Islamabad.”

Sameena Rana holds a degree in Mass Communications from Government College University Faisalabad. She moved to Islamabad in 2013 to join Pakistan Television as News Anchor. In 2014 Sameena joined Such TV as a news anchor.

In November 2014 Sameena joined Capital TV where she stayed until last week. Sameena Rana was not only a prominent news anchor of the channel but also the Ace newscaster Sameena was also face of news hour of the channel known as Pakistan @ 8.

During last week of this past October Sameena left Capital TV to join News One and moved to Karachi.
