Sanam Jung, the talented Pakistani television actor, has recently revealed that she was first rejected for her breakthrough role in the drama Dil E Muztar. The actress shared her experience in a recent interview, where she spoke about how she was initially rejected by Roomi Insha, the original director of the show.
Jung recalled that she had completed her MBA and was free from her job as a VJ when she was called back for Dil E Muztar by Nina Kashif. She gave her audition, but unfortunately, Roomi Insha rejected her for the role, saying “no, she can’t do it.” Despite the initial setback, the actress did not lose hope and was eventually selected for the role after the director was changed.
The actress emphasized the importance of destiny and stated, “when something is meant for you, it happens right there.” Dil E Muztar proved to be a turning point in Jung’s career, as it brought her immense fame and popularity. The actress has since starred in many popular drama serials such as Mere Humdam Mere Dost, Alvida, Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara, and most recently, Pyari Mona.
