In a thrilling encounter at the Dubai International Stadium, Desert Vipers emerged victorious over defending champions Gulf Giants by securing a commanding six-wicket win in the seventh match of the ILT20 Season 2. A stellar performance from Wanindu Hasaranga, Shaheen Afridi, and Azam Khan propelled the Vipers to a memorable victory.
Opting to bowl first after winning the toss, Desert Vipers’ decision proved fruitful as Shaheen Afridi’s sensational debut spell saw him claiming three key wickets for just 22 runs.
