The bad boy of Cricket to go bad again, as, seemingly Moammar Rana has signed the fastest bowler ever Shoaib Akhtar to do an ‘item song’ in his forthcoming directorial project, “Sikander”.
The Rawalpindi Express, Shoaib Akhtar will be pirouetting for the first time in a movie, according to the news reported by an Urdu daily. The song will be recorded after Eid in Lahore; however, the lucky woman who will be sharing screen with bad boy cricket is still unknown.
The film, Sikandar, will star Moammar Rana in the lead role, along with three yet to be revealed actresses (One of them is Haya Ali, as revealed last week). Sikander is a whole “entertaining masala flick”.
PR Manager of the film Rana Asif revealed that Sikander is a love story with an outstanding music collective of seven songs by some of mega stars of Pakistani music such as Fariha Pervaiz, Humaira Arshad, Waris Baig and Abrar-ul-Haq.
Moammar’s plans to make a directorial debut had been in line for over past half decade and now finally it is turning into a reality. Sikander is expected to be released this winter.
