Coke Studio has announced the line-up for Coke Studio season 8. Like previous season Coke Studio season 8 will be produced by Strings, the show is expected to go live in this August.
According to a leading daily, Ali Zafar, Atif Aslam, Ali Azmat, Umair Jaswal and Arif Lohar, will be making their comeback.
This season is going to be the of old timer Ali Haidar, Ghazal maestro Ustad Hamid Ali Khan, and folk singer Mai Dhai.
If news are correct then sadly Ali Haider will not be singing his most famous tracks Purani Jeans and Qarar. Ali Haider will team up with back vocalist from Season 7, Sara Raza, for of his song Jiye Kare. Sara Raza will also be doing another duet with Ali Zafar.
