The Madness of Love Continues in Muqaddar

There is a song by the Monks “Love Can Tame the Wild”…

It seemingly applies to Sardar Saif. Raima is her own way has convinced her husband of her devotion to him. Given their history, it seemed an impossible task. Raima first had to get the idea in her head and then work towards convincing her husband. By showing no jealously or animosity towards Farkhanda or Abeera, she really wins the heart of the Sardar. The result is as Raima would have hoped. Sardar Saif is giving in to all her demands.

On the other hand, Raima is still a strong presence in Haris’s household. Maha asks Haris if he loved Raima. Haris immediately gets on the defensive and lies to her. In his mind, Maha isn’t mature enough and cannot be trusted. Meanwhile, Maha’s parents decide to leave Pakistan for good. This further makes Maha anxious, and she takes it all out on Haris’s mother. An ugly episode follows after which Haris is quick to remind Maha that she is competing with Raima, who was loved by his parents. If she fails to serve them well, they will keep remembering her. It is not hard to imagine how Maha would have taken this.

Things are moving swiftly between Abeera and Saad as well. On the face of it, both are starting to trust each other. However, things are perhaps about to unravel soon in the Saif House. After winning the affection and trust of her husband, Raima had already requested that she move to the Saif House.

Sardar Saif uses Saad as a messenger to convey this request to his 1st wife. It was quite telling that the mighty Sardar refused to do it himself and tried Saad to sweet-talk his way in. Nonetheless, this moves backfires are Rakshanda outrightly rejects the idea. Obviously, this enrages Sardar Saif, who is in no mood to listen to anyone but Raima.

Raima, with her behavior, has tamed Sardar Saif. He is willing to go to any lengths to fulfill her desires. This is indeed going to have an impact on his family life, including his daughter.

Produced under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, it looks like Muqaddar has some interesting times ahead for all of us.
