News anchor and morning show host Soha Afzal is playing a different role and it has been three months since she added a new feather to her hat. Soha joined 6th Sense Group as their in-house brand ambassador.
“It is not just a regular brand ambassador role, I look after all the communication-related shoots, events, and red-carpet hosting as well. It is like a crossover between brand manager and ambassador,” said Soha Afzal.
6th Sense Group is owned by a woman, Nazia Waseem who is also the CEO of the company. That makes this group the first real estate company in Pakistan that is being run by a woman. “I wanted to learn sales as eventually real estate business is about sales, cracking deals and bringing business in. I enjoy hosting TV shows and news anchoring but this is something challenging that I wanted to learn and do. Nazia Waseem is doing great work with this company and her vision of bringing more women in this business is admirable,” said Soha Afzal.
Real estate is a business that someway or the other always stays in trend, property is considered a safe investment in Pakistan. Soha says that 6th sense wants to create awareness that why commercial property investment is a better gift than any dowry, “Nazia Waseem’s idea really inspires me that in Pakistan we spend a huge amount of money on gifts that end up getting depreciating, however, if, let’s say, a commercial property is gifted to a daughter it can be a more beneficial and secure investment for her.”
Soha says that Lahore has seen an exponential growth horizontally, therefore vertical growth is now the need of the hour and awareness about that needs to be spread, “6th sense wants to play its role in the vertical growth of the city and creating awareness about it,” said the group’s ambassador.
